What happens during the free walkthrough?
We visit your home or business at a time that suits you, walk through the space with you, and note anything you'd like extra attention on. Afterwards, we send a fixed price in writing. There's no cost and no obligation to book.
Are you insured?
Yes. Highfame Sanitation Solution is fully insured, and we can provide proof of insurance on request.
What products do you use?
Eco-friendly, low-odour products wherever possible, and professional-grade disinfectants where sanitization is needed. If you have sensitivities or would like us to use your own products, just let us know.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients leave a key, code or lockbox. We agree on access when you book, and we always lock up behind us.
Can I request a specific team?
Yes. Tell us your preferences when you book, and we'll do our best to match your comfort and needs. For recurring visits, we aim to send the same team each time.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing depends on the size and condition of the space, the type of service, and how often you'd like us to come. That's why we start with a free walkthrough: you get a fixed price, not an estimate that changes on the day.
Do you offer recurring service discounts?
Yes. Weekly and bi-weekly clients receive preferred rates, and we include them in your quote after the free walkthrough.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Abbotsford only, including every neighbourhood from Clearbrook to Auguston. Focusing on one city is how we stay on time and keep the same teams with the same clients.
